More than 300 million emojis were used in Tinder’s biographies in 2019, but the #facepalm emoji increased its use by 41% during that year.
Young people highly committed
Another curious fact that Tinder reveals is that most of the young people of this generation mention more vindictive social causes in their bios than the millennial generation.
Millennials are more adventurous and tend to talk more about travel, while centennials use concepts such as “climate change” or “social justice” in their profiles. Thus, Gen Z would be characterized by being more committed to causes such as feminism or environment topics.
A real generation without complexes
This is an authentic generation, not afraid to show themselves as they are. They mention their fanaticism to find someone to match and share hobbies.
